REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Prep Peak, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase or your order number must be provided.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or modification may not qualify for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at preppeak@outlook.com.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final sale items

• Personalized or custom-made products

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are damaged or defective.
